Every table tells a story. At Gather & Fête, we curate bespoke tabletop rentals that transform meaningful moments into beautifully memorable gatherings. From layered linens and curated place settings to the smallest finishing touches, every detail is designed to foster warmth, conversation, and celebration.
Hosting can feel overwhelming, we get that! The intention is to take something off your plate—whether that’s through chair and tablecloth rentals, convenient porch pickups, or a fully customized design scheme. At its core, Gather & Fête is about making hosting more accessible, more intentional, and ultimately more enjoyable.
About the FounderMEGHAN MADALON
Founded by Meghan Madalon, a former marketing & events specialist, Gather & Fête was born out of her passion for collecting, curating, setting a table, and gathering her favorite people around it. Meghan started Gather & Fête with a genuine desire to help others return to the table in a way that feels both meaningful and effortless.
Meghan has held events and marketing roles at reputable lifestyle and design magazines, including Garden & Gun, Town & Country, and VERANDA. Today, she balances several roles: wife, mother to two young children (plus her golden retriever, Bodie), marketing consultant, and founder of Gather & Fête.
WORKING TOGETHER IS SIMPLE
STEP 1
Reach out! You can contact us via Instagram, send us an email, or fill out the contact form on the website.
STEP 2
Send us as many details pertaining to your gathering as you can: event timing, number of guests, seated vs. cocktail, overall vibes, and rental needs. If you already know what you want, great! If not, we’re happy to put together a design scheme based on your initial feedback.
step 3
Once you confirm your rentals, we’ll arrange for a porch pickup, delivery, or on-site setup (additional fees apply). A final estimate and contract will then be sent your way for signature.

Event day! Take photos of your gathering, host, and enjoy! Pssst… don’t forget to share photos of your gathering and tag @gathernfete!

Place all rentals in the packaging provided, unless we pre-arrange for our team to be on-site for breakdown. Drop off your items or arrange for pickup.
